Return & exchange window
- 7-day returns: you may return a product for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
- 14-day exchange: you may exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following must apply:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The original invoice is presented.
- All accessories and manuals are included (required for exchanges).
Items that cannot be returned
- Appliances that have been installed or used.
- Items missing their original packaging or invoice.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Products damaged through misuse.
- Appliances requiring installation once they have been set up.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. For card payments, the time to appear on your statement depends on your issuing bank. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
