Orders placed on argosta.net are received, processed and fulfilled directly by Argosta — payment is Cash on Delivery, collected by our delivery courier when your order arrives.
Warranty period
Argosta appliances carry an official warranty of up to 5 years, depending on the product — the exact period for your appliance is shown on its product page and on your order confirmation. Genuine spare parts and an expected product lifespan of up to 10 years back every warranty. The warranty period starts from the date on your order confirmation.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects.
- Faults arising from normal household use.
- Genuine spare parts and nationwide service through authorised service centres.
What's not covered
- Misuse, accidental damage, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than an authorised Argosta service centre.
- Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, voltage, or gas supply.
- Products whose serial number has been removed, altered, or is illegible.
How to make a claim
Call our hotline on 17724 with your order number and a description of the fault. We aim to complete repairs within 14 days; if the same fault recurs 3 or more times, we replace the product.
