Argosta is a home-appliance brand of Elbeshbeshy for Trading Home Appliances S.A.E. (established 1995). Argosta appliances are made in Turkey. Orders placed on argosta.net are received, processed and fulfilled directly by Argosta — payment is Cash on Delivery, collected by our delivery courier when your order arrives.
How it works
Argosta currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only — we do not take any card or online payment details at checkout. You pay in Egyptian pounds, in cash, directly to our delivery driver when your order is handed to you. Please try to have close to the exact amount ready.
The amount due on delivery is inclusive of 14% VAT.
Before you pay
You may inspect the outer carton for visible damage before you pay. If the carton is damaged or looks tampered with, tell the driver — you are not obliged to accept it. Call our hotline and we will resolve it.
At handover
Please have your order number ready and give it to the driver when your order is delivered, so we can confirm it's the correct order for your address.
If nobody is home
If nobody is available to receive the order at the agreed time, our driver will call the mobile number on the order to arrange a new delivery time. If we cannot reach you or agree a new time within a reasonable period, the order is returned to Argosta and the order is cancelled.
If you refuse delivery
You may refuse an order at the door — for example if the carton is damaged or the product isn't what you ordered. Because payment is only taken on delivery, nothing is charged if you refuse. The order is then returned to us; please contact Customer Care so we can follow up and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
