Warranty Coverage
- Elbeshbeshy co. Trading & Distribution guarantees this product against all manufacturing defects under normal use and maintenance conditions. The warranty period is as follows:
- Refrigerators: 5 years, Estimated lifespan: 10 years
- Freezers: 5 years, Estimated lifespan: 10 years
- Washing Machines: 5 years, Estimated lifespan: 10 years
- Dishwashers: 5 years, Estimated lifespan: 10 years
- Air Conditioners: 5 years, Estimated lifespan: 10 years
Estimated Lifespan
- During the warranty period, Elbeshbeshy co. will provide after-sales service according to the warranty terms. After the warranty period, after-sales services will be provided at the customer's expense.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Warranty Period: Starts from the date of issuance of the product's tax invoice, which must be presented to activate the warranty.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctions resulting from normal use of the product

Warranty Does Not Include:
- Breakage or damage resulting from misuse
- Modifications or repairs outside authorized service centers
- Commercial use of the product (unless otherwise specified)
- External paints or any cosmetic changes resulting from use
- Breakage or damage to glass or plastic parts or lamps
- Consumable parts such as filters, batteries, belts
- Replacement of drawers or moving shelves or any non-essential separate components for operating the product

Warranty Activation Requirements:
- Presenting the original tax invoice for the product
- Presenting the warranty card and purchase invoice when requesting service

Repair Process:
- The product will be repaired within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the defect is identified.
- If the same defect recurs 3 times or more during the warranty period, the product will be replaced.

Additional Expenses:
- The customer bears any additional expenses resulting from special requests during installation, such as:
- Additional connections
- Batteries
- Pipes
- Any accessories or equipment not included in the original product content

Component Replacement:
- Elbeshbeshy Company reserves the right to retain any components or parts that have been replaced during the maintenance or warranty process, and the customer is not entitled to claim them.
